Acquisitions and Disposals Opportunities

As part of our ongoing commitment to meeting our clients' corporate aspirations, Stuart Hodge provides a “mixing and matching” deals service. We attempt to match corporate opportunities by maintaining a deals opportunities Register and are proud of our success record.

Acquisitions Register

If you are looking to acquire a business, a company or are interested in partnering opportunities and haven’t yet managed to find one that fits your needs, Stuart Hodge can help. You simply need to provide us with the following information:

bullet type of business sought
bullet size, by reference to turnover, profitability and number of employees
bullet preferred geographical location
bullet any other relevant factors.

Please contact Robert Hankin or Mark Hodge on 0121 214 2490 who will be happy to discuss your requirements. Information will then be released to you following acceptance of our conditions of release.

Disposals Register

We offer a bespoke service and are well placed to assist you if you are looking to dispose of a company or group of companies. Please contact us for a confidential discussion.

Stuart Hodge expects clients to undertake their own financial, commercial and legal due diligence in relation to any potential acquisition resulting from the use of our Acquisitions and Disposals Register. However, we are able to advise you in all those respects if required.

Our service is a passive matching service and is priced accordingly. If you require an active service, we recommend BCMS or Acquisitions International.
